Had to make changes to my policy and the guy on the phone was so helpful talked us through all the requirements and answered ally questions.

QBE is definitely the best for motor vehicle insurance.Uf you want full comprehensive insurance I would go with QBE Quick quotes and inexpensive rates.

QBE Insurance, there is a very good reason that I have all my insurance, car, home and contents with QBE and that is they are the best. Easily accessible and claims dealt with quickly and efficiently. Also they listen .

Received a 4 month backdated refund when I had forgotten to cancel my policy after changing my insurance provider during an intestate relocation. It was offered to me, I did not request it or even think it would be an option. My interactions with all customer service providers with QBE were always pleasant.

I have read a-lot of the reviews in regards to QBE. I would like to say that my experience has been a pleasure. They provided the best quote on my Motorcycle insurance and the best agreed value. Unfortunately i had to make my first claim. From start to finish the staff have been helpful, professional and friendly and have gone out of their way to assist. My claim has been dealt with, processed in 4 weeks which i’m happy with considering the amount of claims going around. Will be certainly looking to insure with them again on my next purchase. Thank you

When I bought my Can-am Ryker QBE were the easiest company that would insure it. Well a few weeks later I had a low speed (29kph) accident and wrote it off. They handled EVERYTHING while I was mending in hospital. They were so awesome that I've now switched my car insurance to them as well. Saved me $816 in the process. Awesome & friendly staff that go above and beyond to help when you just want to recover. They're cheaper than you'd think too.
